Power steering upgrades are available for all of our IFS systems. Each IFS is standard with a manual rack & pinion. There are three different power steering upgrades: AMC IFS systems, Mopar IFS systems, and Right Hand Drive (RHD) IFS systems for Australia and Asia.
The AMC IFS systems include:
- OEM Ford-style power rack & pinion
- GM Type II power steering pump with integrated reservoir
- Custom AMC V8 bracket to replace the stock bracket. Black powdercoat
- Machined aluminum v-belt pulley
- -6 AN fittings for the high and low sides of the rack & pinion
- Silicone low pressure return line hose with clamps
- All necessary hardware and machined spacers for easy installation
All Mopar (IFS) power steering systems include:
- OEM Ford-style power rack & pinion
- -6 AN fittings for the high and low sides of the rack & pinion
All AMC RHD power steering systems include:
- Flaming River RHD power rack & pinion
- GM Type II power steering pump with integrated reservoir
- Custom AMC V8 bracket to replace the stock bracket. Black powdercoat
- Polished aluminum v-belt pulley
- -6 AN fittings for the high and low sides of the rack & pinion
- Silicone low pressure return line hose with clamps
- All necessary hardware and machined spacers for easy installation
